Franchise opportunities · Queensland
Run a cellulose insulation franchise in Queensland.
Queensland is home turf. We make our cellulose in Tiaro, so a QLD franchise partner is buying the product factory-direct, and selling into a state where insulation pays off all year, on both the hot coast and the cold inland.
Why Queensland
What makes Queensland a strong insulation market.
Two-climate demand
The SE QLD coast is warm-humid Climate Zone 2, but the Darling Downs, Granite Belt and South Burnett are cold Zone 5, so insulation sells in summer AND winter, not just one season.
A big, under-served retrofit market
Unlike Victoria, Queensland doesn't have a general household insulation rebate, so here the work is won on price, quality and a factory-direct product, into a massive base of older, under-insulated homes.
Fast-growing corridors
Ipswich, Greater Springfield, Moreton Bay and the Gold Coast are among the fastest-growing parts of the country: new dark-roofed estates that run hot.
Made here, supplied here
You're not buying batts at retail. The product is manufactured in Queensland and supplied to you factory-direct, the moat behind your business.

Comfort Zone franchise partners have a reasonable opportunity to recover their investment and make an ongoing profit over the term of the franchise, but a reasonable opportunity is not a guarantee of profit or success, and it doesn't remove the normal risks of running a business. Your results depend on things you control (your effort, winning customers, quality of work, how you run the business) and things you don't (local demand, the economy, competition). Not all franchisees succeed. The real numbers for a territory are set out properly in the disclosure document.
