Good tradies look after their customers. The sparky, plumber, pest bloke or roofer who sends a family our way is doing them a favour, and we don’t forget it. This is our short list of trades we rate, and who send their customers to us.
The way it works is simple, and there’s no money in it for the tradie: they hand their customer a code, the customer gets 5% off their insulation, we list the tradie here and send work back. That’s the whole deal.

You spot a roof that needs us
You're in roofs and under houses all day. When you see insulation that's tired, missing or doing nothing, you mention it and hand your customer a QR code (or a short code) we set up for you.
Your customer scans it
The QR opens our quote form with your code already filled in. They tell us about the job; we measure the roof online and email them a quote.
Your customer gets 5% off
Because they came through you, the quote has 5% already taken off. The discount goes to your customer — it's a courtesy you're handing them, and it costs you nothing.
We send work back your way
We list you here as a trade we rate, link to your business, and point our own customers to you when they need your trade. Genuine reciprocity, not a kickback.

If you do good work, we’re happy to say so. We’ll add you to this page with a genuine link to your business, because we’d actually recommend you, and we’ll give you our link for your own site. When one of our customers needs a sparky, a plumber or your trade, you’re who we point them to.

We don’t buy links, sell links, or run a referral-fee racket. The trades on this page are here because they do good work and we’d happily recommend them to our own family. A few genuine local reciprocal links between real businesses is exactly how trades have always looked after each other; the only difference is we’ve put it in writing.

The straight answers.
Do I get paid a commission for sending you a customer?
No. There's no cash, kickback or commission to you. The 5% goes to your customer as a courtesy you hand them — that's deliberate, it keeps the whole thing clean and above board. What you get back is a listing on this page that links to your business, and work sent your way when our customers need your trade.
Who actually gets the 5% off?
Your customer does. When they quote your code (or scan your QR), our quote comes back with 5% already taken off. You're simply passing a saving on to your own customer; no money changes hands between us and you.
What do I get out of it?
Three things: your customer thinks you're a legend for saving them money, we list your business on this Trusted Contractors page with a genuine link to your site, and we send work back to you when our customers need your trade. It's reciprocity between two trades who do good work, not a paid arrangement.
Is being listed here a paid backlink?
No. We don't sell links and we don't buy them. This is an editorial page — we only list trades we'd actually recommend and who've asked to be included. A few local reciprocal links between real businesses is normal and fine; what we won't do is bulk link-swaps or pay-for-placement.
Can building or pest inspectors take part?
Inspectors and certifiers are referral-only: no fee, no discount code, and no steering. You stay independent. If you've noted poor or missing insulation in a report and the buyer asks who to call, you're welcome to point them to us, and we're happy to list you here.
