Franchising Code of Conduct
Franchise information
Franchising in Australia is regulated by the Franchising Code of Conduct. Before anyone signs a franchise agreement with us, they receive the documents the Code requires, and they get proper time to read them and seek advice.
The Information Statement
The Code provides a standard Information Statement, a short, plain-English document from the ACCC about the risks and rewards of franchising generally. It’s the sensible first read for anyone considering any franchise, and we provide it up front. (We’ll attach the current ACCC Information Statement here, and email it with your info pack.)
The disclosure document & agreement
The detailed documents are commercial-in-confidence: our disclosure document (which sets out the real numbers, obligations and territory), the franchise agreement, and the operations manual. We share them after a short confidentiality agreement (NDA) is signed, not on a public web page. That protects both of us and is the proper way to handle the detail.
No earnings promises here
We don’t publish earnings figures or returns on this website. Any financial information is set out properly in the disclosure document, with the assumptions behind it, so you can make a genuine decision, ideally with your accountant.
How to get the documents
Start by requesting the franchise pack. We’ll send the info pack and the NDA, then the disclosure document, and set up a visit to our Tiaro factory. Questions? Email admin@insulation.team.
